higher calling. Something may be missing in her life. But what? Usually, she's oblivious to what is to come. 1:00. The

hero's adventure begins when she receives [music] a call to action. It shakes up the ordinary world of the hero and presents a challenge, a quest for a journey that must be undertaken.

In Campbell's research, he noted that often the hero refuses to accept the quest. She has fears, worries, or doubts. She prefers the comfort of home.

courage and motivation or something, whatever it is. This something [music] is provided by the mentor figure who suddenly manifests and offers it to her.
